Ms. Nirmala Gladies P is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at St. Aloysius Degree College, Bengaluru, with over 13 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industry experience. She holds qualifications in B.A., B.Ed., M.S.W., PGDELT, and M.A. (Education). She is passionate about student-centered learning, community engagement, and empowering students through innovative teaching methodologies. Her academic expertise lies in Human Resource Management, Social Work Practice, Community Development, and Student Welfare. She has authored the book "Strategic Human Resource Management: A Guide to Action", published by Akinik Publications, New Delhi. Beyond teaching, she serves as the Head of the Department, NSS Programme Officer, Youth Red Cross Programme Officer, Data Maintenance Officer, Class Mentor, Rural Camp & Field Work Coordinator, and actively contributes to various academic and community outreach initiatives. She has received several recognitions, including the Best Teacher Award and the Archdiocesan Board of Education Meritorious Award, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and social service.
