About Me

Mr. Muralidhara K is the Head of the Department of Political Science, Assistant Professor, and Associate NCC Officer (ANO) at St. Aloysius Degree College. With over 19 years of teaching experience, he is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, constitutional awareness, and leadership among students. He holds a Master's degree (M.A.) and M.Phil. in Political Science. His academic interests include Indian Constitution, Constitutional Values, Political Theory, Public Administration, Human Rights, and Governance. He is the author of the book "Constitutional Moral Values-I", designed for first-semester undergraduate students and beneficial for UPSC aspirants. He has also published research papers on Custodial Death and Fundamental Duties in reputed academic journals. Beyond academics, Mr. Muralidhara actively contributes to student development through the National Cadet Corps (NCC), inspiring discipline, leadership, patriotism, and social responsibility. A regular blood donor and an active participant in community service initiatives, he strongly believes in nurturing responsible citizens with ethical values and a commitment to nation-building. He continues to participate in faculty development programmes, workshops, conferences, and institutional activities to promote continuous learning and professional excellence.
