Renowned for her commitment to academic excellence and student development, she has made significant contributions to higher education through her teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her leadership responsibilities have included serving as the First Lady Coordinator for UG Examinations at Bangalore University, Chief Examiner at Bangalore North University, and Member of the Board of Examination. She has rendered 19.5 years of dedicated service at St. Charles Borromeo Educational Institutions, where she has played a pivotal role in academic administration and quality enhancement.
