About Me

Dr. Laly Mathew is a distinguished academician with over 26 years of teaching experience across Pre-University, Undergraduate (Degree), Career English, and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programmes. Renowned for her commitment to academic excellence and student development, she has made significant contributions to higher education through her teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her leadership responsibilities have included serving as the First Lady Coordinator for UG Examinations at Bangalore University, Chief Examiner at Bangalore North University, and Member of the Board of Examination. She has rendered 19.5 years of dedicated service at St. Charles Borromeo Educational Institutions, where she has played a pivotal role in academic administration and quality enhancement. Dr. LalyMathew holds a Ph.D. in English, with her research specializing in Diaspora Literature. Her scholarly expertise is complemented by extensive teaching experience at several prestigious institutions, including Jyothi Nivas College, St. Joseph's PU College, Kristu Jayanti College, RJS College, St. Francis College, Montfort B.Ed. College, Baldwin Methodist College, and St. Aloysius Degree College.
